After recording their first album, in 1995, Joe Easley replaced Steve Cummings. That cemented the band's lineup for the rest of its existence. Who wouldn't? He's gorgeous! Too bad he's with Bethany.' I usually just rolled my eyes when guy talk was started, but the name of his girlfriend, Bethany, had caught my attention. Different. Unique. A smidge odd, but still gripping. But back to the boy, Adam. When I saw him, I felt like doing one of those girlish giggles. Like covering my mouth with my three fingers and batting my eyelashes like a three year old. I never felt that... girly, before. It was weird. Then my stomach filled with that feeling you call butterflies. I was pretty sure this feeling was called my first crush or love at first sight, but every sane nerve in my body ached to deny it. That was the moment I knew I was in trouble. It was in Spanish that I made my first friend. She said her name was Stephanie. She had gorgeous shining red hair. Her eyes were a startling blue too.
